Smoky BBQ Ribs: A Backyard Favorite

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • BBQ rub and sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ribs: Remove the membrane and season ribs with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub.
  2. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill for indirect grilling at 250°F (121°C).
  3. Cook Ribs: Place ribs on the cooler part of the grill. Cover and cook for about 2-3 hours, or until tender.
  4. Add Sauce: In the last 30 minutes, baste with BBQ sauce.
  5. Serve:Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then cut into individual ribs and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
